Yes, there is a female Ghost Rider in Marvel Comics named Alejandra Jones.
Alejandra Jones first appeared in Ghost Rider #1 (2011) and was created by writer Rob Williams and artist Matthew Clark. She was introduced as the successor to Johnny Blaze, the original Ghost Rider.
Alejandra was born in Nicaragua and was taken in by a cult that worshipped the demon Zarathos. She was raised and trained by the cult to become the next Ghost Rider, as part of their plan to use the Ghost Rider’s powers for their own purposes.
When Johnny Blaze retired as Ghost Rider, the cult sent Alejandra to find him and take over the mantle. She succeeded in defeating Blaze and becoming the new Ghost Rider.
