What does cm mean in texting?

In texting and online communication, the term “cm” can have a few different meanings, depending on the context. Here are some possible meanings of “cm” in texting and online communication:

1. Centimeters – The most common meaning of “cm” is centimeters, a unit of measurement commonly used in countries that use the metric system. In this context, “cm” would be used to describe measurements of length, width, or height. For example, if someone asked for the size of a piece of furniture, someone might respond with “It’s 50 cm wide.”
2. Call me – “Cm” can also stand for “call me” in texting. This abbreviation is often used when someone wants the other person to call them on the phone. For example, if someone is running late for a meeting, they might text their colleague “Running late, can you cm when you get there?”
3. Chat message – In some online forums or messaging platforms, “cm” can stand for “chat message.” This might be used to distinguish between private messages and public posts in a forum or chat room.

5. Count me in – In some contexts, “cm” can stand for “count me in.” This is often used in informal communication, such as when someone is trying to organize a social event or group outing.
