The fastest rap song ever is a subject of much debate in the hip-hop community, as the speed of rapping is often measured in syllables per second (SPS) and varies depending on the artist and the song. However, there are a few songs that are often cited as the fastest rap songs ever recorded.
One of the most commonly cited contenders for the fastest rap song ever is “Rap God” by Eminem. Released in 2013, the song features a verse in which Eminem raps at a blistering pace, clocking in at an estimated 9.6 syllables per second. The verse contains 97 words in just 15 seconds, making it one of the most impressive displays of speed rapping ever recorded.
Another contender for the title of fastest rap song is “Worldwide Choppers” by Tech N9ne featuring several other fast rappers, including Yelawolf, Busta Rhymes, and Twisted Insane. Released in 2011, the song features rapid-fire verses from each of the rappers, with Tech N9ne’s verse clocking in at an estimated 12.5 syllables per second. Other songs that are often cited as contenders for the title of fastest rap song include “No Clue” by No Clue, “Supersonic” by JJ Fad, and “Break Ya Neck” by Busta Rhymes. Each of these songs features rapid-fire verses that demonstrate the rapper’s incredible speed and agility with words.
However, it’s important to note that speed isn’t everything in rap, and many artists prioritize lyricism and storytelling over pure speed. While fast rapping can be impressive, it’s not necessarily the most important aspect of hip-hop music.
In conclusion, the fastest rap song ever is a matter of much debate in the hip-hop community. While songs like “Rap God” by Eminem and “Worldwide Choppers” by Tech N9ne are often cited as contenders for the title, it’s important to remember that speed isn’t the only thing that matters in rap.
