Wanda Maximoff, also known as Scarlet Witch, is a powerful character in the Marvel Universe. She has reality-warping abilities that allow her to alter reality itself, making her a formidable opponent. However, there are several characters in the Marvel Universe who have the potential to defeat her.
- Doctor Strange: As the Sorcerer Supreme, Doctor Strange has access to powerful magic that can counteract Wanda’s reality-warping abilities. He has also demonstrated the ability to manipulate time, which could allow him to undo any changes Wanda makes to reality.
- Franklin Richards: Franklin Richards is the son of Reed Richards and Susan Storm of the Fantastic Four. He has reality-warping powers that rival those of Scarlet Witch, and has been shown to be able to create entire universes. He is one of the few characters who could potentially match Wanda’s power.
- The Living Tribunal: The Living Tribunal is a cosmic being who serves as a judge and arbiter of cosmic justice. He has the power to maintain balance in the universe and has been shown to be able to overpower powerful reality-warpers like Wanda.
- The Beyonder: The Beyonder is a godlike being with the power to manipulate reality on a cosmic scale. He has been shown to be able to create and destroy entire universes, making him a formidable opponent for Scarlet Witch.
- Thanos: Thanos is one of the most powerful villains in the Marvel Universe. He has the Infinity Gauntlet, which gives him control over all aspects of reality, including time, space, and matter. With the Gauntlet, he could potentially overpower Scarlet Witch’s reality-warping abilities.
It’s important to note that Scarlet Witch’s power levels have varied throughout the years in the comics, and the outcome of a hypothetical battle between her and any of these characters would depend on the specific circumstances of the fight. Additionally, there may be other characters in the Marvel Universe who could potentially defeat Scarlet Witch.
