Genshin Impact is a popular gacha game developed by miHoYo, which frequently introduces new characters and events to keep players engaged. In the game, characters are often released in batches, and each batch includes a limited-time banner that allows players to obtain those characters through wishes.
Hu Tao was first released in Genshin Impact on March 2, 2021, as part of the “Farewell of Snezhnaya” banner. She is a 5-star Pyro polearm user and quickly became a fan favorite due to her unique playstyle, charming personality, and powerful abilities.
In Genshin Impact, characters are usually made available through limited-time banners and then eventually added to the standard pool of characters. When a character is first released, they are often only available for a limited time, typically around three weeks, before the banner ends.
After a banner ends, it is uncertain when or if the character will be available again. However, Genshin Impact has a history of rerunning limited-time banners for popular characters, especially during major events or celebrations.
Based on this pattern, it is possible that Hu Tao will have a rerun in 2023, possibly during a major event or anniversary celebration. However, it is important to note that miHoYo has not made any official announcements regarding Hu Tao’s rerun or any future events, so this is purely speculation based on past trends.
In the meantime, players who missed out on Hu Tao’s initial banner can still obtain her through the game’s standard banner or through character event reruns in the future. Additionally, miHoYo frequently introduces new characters and events to the game, so players can look forward to new content and characters being added to Genshin Impact in the future.
In summary, while there is no official confirmation regarding Hu Tao’s rerun in 2023, it is possible based on past trends in Genshin Impact. Players can keep an eye out for future announcements from miHoYo and enjoy the current content in the game while waiting for any potential future events or character reruns.
