I can provide information on the estimated number of females on Earth based on available data and statistics. However, it is important to note that population estimates are constantly changing, and the following information may not be completely up to date.
According to the United Nations, as of 2021, the estimated world population is 7.9 billion people. Of this total population, it is estimated that approximately 49.6% are female, which would mean that there are approximately 3.92 billion females on Earth.
It is important to note that population estimates are not evenly distributed across countries or regions, and the number of females in any given area may vary significantly. Additionally, population growth rates, fertility rates, and mortality rates can also affect the number of females in a particular region.
Some regions have a higher percentage of females than others. For example, in many Asian countries, there is a cultural preference for male children, which has led to a significant gender imbalance in some areas. In contrast, many African countries have higher numbers of females than males.
In terms of age distribution, the number of females on Earth is also influenced by the number of children, adolescents, and elderly individuals. For example, in many developing countries, there is a higher percentage of children and adolescents, which means that there are more females in these age groups.
It is also worth noting that the estimated number of females on Earth has increased significantly over time. According to the United Nations, in 1950, there were approximately 2.52 billion people on Earth, of which only 48.4% were female. By 2000, the world population had grown to 6.13 billion, with females making up 49.5% of the population.
In conclusion, the estimated number of females on Earth is approximately 3.92 billion, based on the United Nations’ 2021 estimates. However, it is important to keep in mind that population estimates are constantly changing, and the number of females can vary significantly by region and age group.
